This Privacy Policy explains how eyefocus (“we”, “us”, or “the app”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using eyefocus, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we receive a basic identifier and, where you allow it, your name and email address.
• App usage data. We store the data you generate in the app — focus sessions, breaks, streaks, and your preferences — so your progress is saved and synced across sessions.
• Device & notification tokens. If you enable notifications, we store a push token so we can deliver reminders and updates to your device.
• Purchase information. Subscription and purchase status is processed by Apple and our billing provider; we receive whether your subscription is active, not your payment details.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide core features such as timers, breaks, streaks, and insights.
• To sync your data across app sessions and devices.
• To send reminders and notifications you have opted into.
• To manage subscriptions and unlock premium features.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the app.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the app. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service:

• Supabase — authentication and data storage.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notifications.
• RevenueCat & Apple — subscription and purchase management.

Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your associated data is removed from our systems, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). You may also disable notifications from your device settings at any time.

Alternatively, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at alishanaqvi572@gmail.com. We will process your request and permanently remove your data from our systems.

Children’s Privacy

eyefocus is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
